Franck, a French trained chef, and Emma, a foodie and lover of a healthy lifestyle, travelled the world working on super yachts before settling in the Margaret River region to experience a quieter lifestyle. Here, they were inspired to create a range of pickles and condiments that could be enjoyed with friends and loved ones any day of the week. Their range of chutneys, relishes, savoury jams, pickled onions and sauces are specially crafted by hand.
