The Fowlers are England's oldest cheesemaking family going back nearly 400 years, with Ian carrying on the tradition on the beautiful East Coast of Tasmania.
In 2009, Ian, his wife Tracey and their children moved to St Helens on the East Coast of Tasmania where they have established themselves as the Bay of Fires Cheesemakers.
Using the wealth of knowledge and expertise that comes with being a 13th generation cheesemaker, Ian is producing a unique cheese of outstanding quality which now has a strong following throughout Tasmania.
