Olasagasti
Olasagasti anchovies and tuna are produced by a fishing family that’s been devoted to the traditional, artisan ways of producing and preserving the highest-quality fish from the Cantabrian Coast since the 1920s. Fished in small boats from tiny fishing ports in the Basque country near San Sebastian, when each species is at their peak, the tuna and anchovies are then prepared by hand using traditional methods and served in the best tapas bars throughout Spain. All Olasagasti products are MSC Certified. Olasagasti anchovies are plump and meaty, with an underlying sweetness on the palate. Absolutely perfect on their own as a snack or to add oomph to dressings and salads.
