Toro Albala Vinegars
A well known, high quality producer of sherries of the Montilla-Moriles DOP. Toro Albala has always made vinegars for their own household and local production, but in recent years have started to release these as a regular product.
We’re lucky they did because these are some of the most complex vinegars we have in our portfolio. They have the flavour characteristics that only long, slow aging can deliver.
These vinegars represent decades of aging and over a century of wine making experience. we recommend you look at these not just for Spanish dishes but for anywhere you need a truly great, traditional vinegar.
